We highly recommend that you deal with a lender who actually has a physical presence in a real building here in the area, where you can meet with them. Internet “lenders” are not always what they appear to be in their advertising. A lender-caused delay in closing can jeopardize your entire transaction! You could loose your Earnest Money and have your contract declared in DEFAULT.

Our ONLY concern is that you use a lender that you are comfortable with and one that can assure you that your transaction closing will take place ON TIME!
