These lenders have been used by our past clients and have been recommended to us.  You can use any lender of your choice, this list is just for your convenience.  Please feel free to also call your bank, credit union, or another lender recommended by a friend or family member.  We do highly recommend however, that you deal with a lender who actually has a physical presence in a real building here in the area, where you can meet with them.  Internet “lenders” are not always what they appear to be…beware!
